One of the main challenges when it comes to selling and buying in an association is working with the management companies.  She has worked with the majority of management companies in our area and has established relationships with hundreds of licensed community association managers.

For more than 5 years Shiela has helped buyers and sellers deal with the unique challenges that come with buying or selling a property that is part of a Community Association.  Previously she spent 7 years working directly with hundreds of property managers, association boards, and management companies in Pinellas County.

The insight and relationships she has gained while working with these associations and managers gives her a direct advantage over the other agents in our area.  Sheila understand how associations organize and operate, their budgets, ownership rights, and the Florida statutes that govern these associations.
